In India, there is a growing concern about the lack of soft skills among students. While the education
system in India emphasizes academic excellence, there is often a neglect of the development of soft
skills. As a result, many Indian students struggle to communicate effectively, work in teams, and manage
their time efficiently.
People pay a lot of money for learning these skills from career coaches but these skills come from selfpractice and continuous evaluation which is not possible under a coach with time bound courses.
With the onset of Startup culture in India students must know how to pitch perfectly and negotiate
with the investors.
