Our Solution

The AI Integrated Quiz App addresses these issues directly.

A user first signs up on Groq AI and obtains their API key
Inside the app, they search any topic of interest such as JavaScript, History, or Networking
They choose the number of questions such as 10, 15, 20, or 30
They select a difficulty level such as Easy, Medium, or Hard
The app connects to Groq AI and generates a unique, real-time, fully customized quiz
While attempting the quiz, the learner receives instant feedback on every answer which keeps them engaged and motivated

Every session is unique, adaptive, and tailored specifically to the learner’s choices

How to Use the App

Go to Groq AI and create an account
Log in and open the Projects section
Create a new project and name it for example aiintegratedquizapp or any name you prefer
Copy your API key from the Groq dashboard
Paste the API key into the Quiz App when prompted
Select a topic, the number of questions, and the difficulty level
Click Start Quiz to open the quiz page
Answer questions one by one and get instant feedback in real time

This makes learning interactive, personalized, and engaging

Challenges I ran into

Challenges We Ran Into

One major challenge was integrating the Groq AI API for real-time quiz generation. At first, the API responses were inconsistent and sometimes not in the expected format. We solved this by adding better error handling and sanitizing the response before rendering questions.

Another hurdle was designing the quiz interface to be both fast and visually engaging. Managing instant feedback on each answer without slowing down navigation was tricky. We overcame this using React state management with optimized re-renders and smooth transitions powered by Framer Motion.

We also faced issues with API key handling for new users. To resolve this, we created a clear onboarding flow that guides users to Groq AI, helps them set up a project, and safely paste their API key into the app.

These challenges not only improved the app but also made the overall system more reliable and user-friendly.
