Most workers must accept bargaining prices or have no other source of income, so they agree to work for them on our platform where we'll give them the chance to fill in their best skills and the salary they are expecting as per their expertise and for the ones needing workers will get suitable workers. Some of the well-developed farmers bargain and already work on pre-maid contracts in order to avoid contractual exploitation.

Many farmers use Android smartphones, so after learning about its advantages and gaining a basic understanding of it, they will use it gradually and steadily.
