The problem freshfood solves
Reducing Food Waste: Freshfood helps reduce food waste by eliminating the need for excess production and reducing the distance food travels from farm to table.
Empowering Small-Scale Farmers: Small-scale farmers often struggle to compete with large-scale agribusinesses in the global market. They may not have access to the same resources or distribution channels, making it difficult for them to sell their produce at fair prices. Freshfood provides them with a platform to sell without the need for intermediaries or large-scale distribution channels.
Promoting Local Economies: By promoting the sale of locally-grown produce, Freshfood supports local economies and encourages consumers to invest in their communities. This can have a ripple effect, as local farmers can reinvest in their farms, create jobs, and support other local businesses.
Challenges I ran into
