Deploy Your AI Agent Onchain!

The problem Agent Flow solves

Brief Summary
Agent Flow is a decentralized platform that simplifies how small businesses (UMKM) manage, deploy, and monitor AI agents. By using blockchain technology, it ensures all AI actions are transparent, secure, and easy to audit—giving even the smallest businesses access to powerful AI tools without high costs or vendor lock-in.

Problem It Solves
UMKM ( small businesses ) often struggle to adopt AI due to high costs, lack of trust, and complex integrations. Many platforms are opaque—business owners can't verify what the AI is doing or where their data goes. Agent Flow solves this by putting everything on-chain: all actions are verifiable, transparent, and secure. This creates trust and lowers the barrier for small businesses to start using AI safely and affordably.

Key Features

  1. Decentralized AI Agent Management: No centralized control, ensuring fair access for all.
  2. Affordable Integration with AI Providers: Works with OpenAI, Gemini, and others at scale.
  3. On-Chain Logging: All actions and responses are recorded immutably.
  4. Built for Small Businesses: Focused on use cases like automated customer service, invoice replies, document generation, and even campaign moderation—without expensive enterprise pricing.

Problem Space
AI is rapidly becoming a business necessity, but existing platforms are either too expensive or too complex for UMKM. While some projects like AgentX and On-chain AI Agent are exploring similar solutions, Agent Flow stands out by focusing specifically on affordability and usability for small businesses. It aims to be the go-to platform for UMKM that want smart, trustworthy AI without the typical cost or complexity.

Challenges I ran into

Ensuring Blockchain Transparency Without Sacrificing Performance

Writing every AI agent action or transaction to the blockchain can lead to latency and increased costs—especially problematic for small businesses that need fast and affordable solutions.

Solution:
I implemented a hybrid architecture: only critical actions and essential data are written on-chain, while routine or less sensitive operations are handled off-chain.

This approach maintains transparency where it matters most while keeping the platform lightweight and efficient. It ensures that small businesses can benefit from blockchain-level trust without the typical performance or cost trade-offs.
