AeroEase revolutionises the airport experience by streamlining check-in and security processes, minimising wait times, and enhancing passenger engagement. With a unique ticketing system, users can check their bags without standing in long lines. The integrated QR code simplifies entry and security checks, while real-time flight updates keep passengers informed of any changes. Our AI-powered chatbot offers personalised recommendations for amenities, making the airport feel less daunting and more enjoyable. Travellers can seamlessly navigate through the airport, saving time and stress.
Challenges we ran into
Building AeroEase presented several challenges, such as:
- API Integration: Coordinating with various airline scheduling APIs to ensure real-time data accuracy was complex, requiring extensive testing and debugging.
- User Experience Design: Creating an intuitive interface that caters to diverse user demographics, including tech-savvy millennials and older travelers, required multiple design iterations and user feedback sessions.
- Data Security: Ensuring user data privacy, especially with unique QR codes and personal information, was paramount. Implementing robust encryption and compliance with regulations took additional time and resources.
