A sensor which is emedded in our arms especially in our wrist area which is activated when dangers like molestation, violence, sexual harrassment etc. arise. It also senses uneasiness, discomfort and discontent when such dangers occur. When such situations arise, the sensor directly dials 100 which is the number that summons the police officers. In case the guilty tend to prove themselves innocent, sensor fit inside an affordable digital watch will record proof in the form of a sound recording, video recording. This sensor senses danger when he or she starts panicking, sweating, increase in heart rate, This sensor has an in built app on our mobile phones named 'gender equality and safety'. when a person is in a normal
and very relaxed condition his heartbeat will be less than 60
beats per minute. When the person is in normal condition with
a small tension or fear the heartbeat will range somewhere
between 60 - 80. When the person is in fear which the brain
can recognize like getting afraid for an insect, the heartbeat
ranges above 90 for 10 seconds. And when the person is in
extreme danger, the heart beat gets above 90 and 100 and it
stays at that level until the person comes out of that danger.
So, that is the condition when we automate the process in our
project. The LED is activated at a higher range when the surrounding senses to be immensely dangerous. This idea is to ensure equality and safety for women in the secured premises.
