2. A government portal for issuing contracts for projects and a bidding website where bidders can bid the amount.
3. Amount is stored on blockchain and system selects the best bid after the bidding deadline and the funds are distributed.
4. A website for public to view all the government transaction.
5. An app for public to claim their benifits under various government schemes
