Challenges we ran into
We started with an ambitious blockchain-based sharing economy on Ethereum that would track all transactions with smart contracts. Then reality hit: WE HAD NO ETH FOR GAS FEES. Classic hackathon moment. Rather than giving up, we pivoted to something even more powerful - an instant community solution that doesn't need blockchain to deliver value RIGHT NOW.
