Problem: decentralized collaboration, cooperative creativity

1. The demand for decentralized and opensource project development is increasing fast. Foundations, companies, and project teams need a platform to help them easily outsource their projects to right freelancers and manage milestones of projects. This becomes a trend of software development as Web3 is going toward adoption.
2. Most of Web3 foundation and projects are going to develop following the DAO model to guarantee the decentralization spirit of blockchain and Web3. In the current DAO model of many blockchain foundations and projects, any one can propose to contribute to the projects and core blockchain system within the DAO, they got incentive for what they contribute. Billions USD are delivered through DAO, but there is no professional tools to manage the process, evaluate the performance of contributor and automate the payment process. The process of DAO currently is still inefficient and manually, thus leading to inefficient in DAO model to attract more developers to contribute to blockchain platforms. An efficient tool for management those tasks are in a high demand at blockchain foundation and projects.
3. As the trend of opensource and remote working (web2, web3), a platform for efficient management of developers and performance of teams is also at high demand. (remote work and freelancers becoming indispensable to companies in ways never seen before)
4. The demand of freelancers (i.e., Web2/web3 developers) to easily and trustlessly find chances to contribute (i.e., jobs) and collaborate together to complete projects is increasing fast (to earn more, to find more opportunities).
5. To support the mass adoption of Web3 and attract more developers to Web3, we propose to implement a platform, namely social outsourcing to create a transparent collaborative working environment for freelancers and project owners, exploiting blockchain with features designed especially for Web3 projects.
