The problem AAYE- Appointment At Your Ease solves

During thes hard times of lockdown people visiting government hospitals and labs for getting their medical reports checkups etc. are not getting the appointments of their doctors as they are busy with patients of COVID-19. Also even if they are getting dates there are long queues and gathering of many people at a specific place. Because of this they are not only putting their life in endanger but also making other people to risk their lives by not following SOCIAL DISTANCING. To solve this problem we have come up with an idea to help things to be done in smooth and systematic way. We are developing an automated system AAYE (Appointment At Your Ease) that will allow people to get their different kind of appointments booked online and getting an e-token for visiting the particular hospital or lab. Hence preventing long queues and gathering outside the hospital or testing labs. We will be assigning the nearest possible hospital or lab for the person so that long distance travelling can be prevented. Not only the hospitals and labs recently government has proposed to open O.P.D stalls in different localities, so people will also be getting informed about the OPDs held near them so that overcrowding of hospitals can be prevented. An estimated check-up time and travelling time of person will be calculated so that the tokens can be provided accordingly. This will not only ensure the people not gathering at a particular place but also will eradicate the waiting periods outside. n our webapp (AAYE), we are planning to have majorly 2 interfaces one for the hospitals and labs where different hospitals and labs could list themselves with the facilities provided by them so that people get to know about them.
