Our project, AarogyaAi: Empowering India with Early Detection, Ethically, is an AI-powered, consent-driven healthcare network designed to tackle India’s biggest challenge — late-stage cancer detection.

AarogyaAi integrates Agentic AI with India’s DEPA (Data Empowerment and Protection Architecture) to securely access diverse, real-time medical data from hospitals, labs, and clinics — with full patient consent. Using federated learning, the AI model learns from multiple hospitals without transferring sensitive data, ensuring both accuracy and privacy.

At its core, an AI Health Agent continuously analyzes imaging, pathology, and user-reported symptoms to identify early cancer risks. When a potential case is detected, the agent automatically connects patients with verified oncologists through an in-app consultation system — scheduling virtual or in-person appointments based on user input, urgency, and location.

This creates a seamless care loop where patients, doctors, and AI work together:
• AI detects early warning signs,
• DEPA ensures ethical data exchange,
• and doctors provide timely diagnosis and treatment guidance.

By combining Agentic AI, federated learning, and India’s digital health infrastructure, AarogyaAi transforms cancer care from reactive to proactive, saving lives through early intervention while building a secure, scalable model for the future of Indian healthcare.
