Hello everyone! I'm Karina, the creator of WeDAO Latam, and I'm thrilled to share our story.
At WeDAO, we're on a bold mission: empowering Latin American women, narrowing the gender gap in emerging technologies. Our focus goes beyond technology; it's about building a community where empathy and authenticity lead the way to gender equity in the tech sector.
Using Ethereum's blockchain technology, we've crafted personalized learning paths and innovative business models. We aim to construct a decentralized ecosystem that provides equal opportunities and access to resources. Ethereum isn't just a technological tool for us; it's the catalyst for social and gender change.
But beyond that, we recognize the crucial role our community plays in contributing to the decentralized ecosystem. To truly increase the adoption curve of these new technologies, we understand the importance of decentralized products with minimal friction in terms of usability. This is essential for attaining higher adoption, enabling projects in web3 to find product-market fit, and achieving financial self-sustainability.
Our project not only addresses diversity in the blockchain space but also actively contributes to building a user-friendly decentralized environment. We've launched learning paths, engaging women in LATAM in web3, and we plan to build self-sustaining economic models through smart contracts, fostering a more seamless and accessible decentralized experience.
We plan to expand our learning paths, grow our membership, and launch women-led business models that contribute to the usability and adoption of decentralized technologies.
Our roadmap for the next six months is ambitious, but we believe that with the support of the Ethereum community, we can not only empower women but also contribute to a more user-friendly and widely adopted decentralized future.
