i along with my team developed Udyog - A Decentralized Verified Reputed Resume Dapp using Ethereum Blockhain during consensys india hackathon. We won 2nd prize in the hackathon.

We faced roadblocks at ideation phase of reputation system. Challenges include

1. Reducing False Endorsements.
2. Challenge in implementing Mutual Reputation between students and universities.
3. Design of having single portal for all Universities, Employers etc or individual portals.

We solved about challenges through continuous improvement of reputation algorithm.

1. We came up with endorsement tokens which are limited to reduce false endorsement.
2. Mutual Reputation through chaining.

Developed Panacea –A Unified wallet which can be used to sign transactions for Browser Dapps, Desktop Dapps, Mobile DApps. This is a unified solution which is extensible for various blockchain like Ethereum, tron etc. This project is developed during Indiadappfest blockchain hackathon held in June 2018 and won 1st prize. This is developed using NodeJs, Electron, Rinkbey, and ReactJs on Ethereum blockchain.

Developed CrowdLend – A Decentralized Crowdlending and borrowing platform for individuals, IDO’s, corporate bonds etc
to raise capital. This project is developed during EthIndia hackathon held in Aug 2018 and won 1st prize of Dharma Bounties. This is developed on top of Dharma protocol using solidity, react, ganache, truffle, metamask. Github link - https://github.com/mankenavenkatesh/CrowdLending
