I’m a multi-disciplined designer & developer buidling in web3.

But my core is just to build useful things for people through my personal why;

"to foster the potential of others in order to collectively improve the world".

Since 2020, my 'how' is to ensure blockchain is pervasive throughout the world. I feel that improving the findablility/connection/cohesiveness between builders (talent and projects) is the best way to do this.

Hence I'm building, Arubaito,
it's like an on-chain soho house, to find meaningful work in web3.
