Having spent my initial internships working in the startup space (both consumer and SaaS), I've developed a passion for building systems and processes that scale alongside user needs. My empathetic approach ensures the user is always at the forefront of my design decisions.
In my first internship, I played a key role in increasing app downloads by 40% by designing and implementing a user-friendly website for a digital healthcare service. This experience honed my skills in crafting mobile experiences, as I independently designed over 100 mobile screens, developed prototypes, and streamlined user flows. Collaboration is also a strong suit, as evidenced by my ability to work effectively with developers and product managers to ensure timely project delivery.
My second internship further solidified my interest in user-centric design. Here, I played a crucial role in transforming a concept into a cutting-edge SaaS AI solution specializing in video analytics and transcription. Through competitor analysis and user research, I championed the
development of innovative features that focused on user experience through customization and intuitive features like drag-and-drop functionality.
