Smiti Oswal

My name is Smiti Sanjay Oswal. I hail from town near Mumbai. I am currently pursuing BTech in Computer Science and engineering from IIT Mandi. I have loved problem solving since I was a kid and that's what attracted me to coding at first. I was introduced to competitive coding and that is how my coding journey began. I learnt python and cpp. Then, I explored more domains like web development and app development. I learnt new languages and frameworks like flask, NodeJS, ReactJS. I also explored database management through MySQL and mongo dB. I am currently exploring machine learning. I have an ongoing project with uses a deep learning model for diabetic retinopathy detection through image classification. I have made a blog web application with user login using flask. I have also explored AI by using NEAT-Python to master the classic flappy bird game. I have also explored front-end development using html, css, javascript by making a study repository website and integrating it with google drive API.
