• Developed AI co-pilot browser extension to help support agents with step-by-step guidance, queries, change user issue or order, reducing handling time by ~40%.
• Built a configurable CRED Garage motor insurance claims flow, enabling 10L+ users to register and track claims across vehicles and policies, and scale seamlessly for new insurance partners without code changes.
• Built in-app self-serve support flows, including support home, conversation and transaction history, ticket
  details, and FAQs, to alleviate user anxiety during negative experiences.
• Built request-a-callback flow enabling rapid voice support across all LOBs, handling 95% of support volume
  with 85%+ CSAT, ~2 minute average wait time, and ~10 minute average handling time per call.
• Built chat-channel flow enabling agents to resolve multiple issues simultaneously, potentially saving ~1.7cr annually by shifting ~40% of support volume to chat.
• Built google-like search for CRED with recommendations, query suggestions, and dynamic responses re-directing users to perform relevant actions in the app.
• Built the adtech and entity tagging platform enabling PMs to create taxonomies and tag in-app entities,
  serving as input to DS models, generating revenue of ~12cr/month.
• Built SupportX browser extension enabling ops team to test in-app bot flows across LOBs and environments, validating all nodes and paths, saving 500+ hours and decreasing production issues by 30%.
• Built the CRED Cash part payments flow enabling delinquent users to make partial EMI payments.
