Vayu, our AI therapist app, is designed to offer personalized mental health support by integrating several therapeutic tools in a single platform. Built with Flutter, the app provides users with an accessible, interactive experience to help manage issues like depression, stress, and anxiety. After securely logging in, users can select their mental health concerns and are presented with personalized resources such as journaling, meditation, breathing exercises, and music therapy. The app also includes a mood tracker and a chat feature, "Pepo," that helps users manage their moods through interactive dialogue. In addition, the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) test helps users assess their mental well-being. The app includes an anonymous community feature where users can connect with others without revealing their identity, fostering a supportive, judgment-free environment. A blog provides expert articles on managing mental health, and motivational cards are available for daily encouragement. By combining AI-driven personalization with interactive mental health tools, our project helps users take control of their mental well-being in a convenient, secure, and adaptive way.
