CyberThreatDetection

• Machine learning-based cyber threat detection using the UNSW-NB15 dataset, classifying network traffic as normal or one of nine attack types
• Applied techniques like log transformation, one-hot encoding, feature scaling, and SMOTE to improve model performance. Used models including XGBoost, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression, achieving up to 97.8% accuracy.
• Detailed model comparison for binary and multi-class classification, highlighting accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score for different attack types.

• Built a competitive coding platform enabling users to solve problems, track progress, and enhance skills through interactive contests
