Keeping this data secure, traceable, and trustworthy is a challenge, especially when shared among researchers. 🚀 Our Solution: GeneTrust GeneTrust combines cutting-edge AI (powered by Groq 🚀), IoT sensors 📡, and blockchain 🔗 into one platform to make gene editing easier, safer, and faster: AI-Powered CRISPR Optimization 🧠✨: GeneTrust uses a specially-tuned DNABERT model, enhanced with Groq’s fast inference, to predict the best guide RNA sequences. This boosts precision, minimizing unwanted edits. IoT-Driven Lab Monitoring 🌡️📲: With real-time sensors, GeneTrust continuously checks lab conditions like temperature, humidity, and air quality to ensure lab conditions are met . Secure Data Management with Blockchain 🔒🔗: GeneTrust uses smart contracts on Base blockchain to create a secure, transparent record of data. It tracks genetic samples, records outcomes immutably, manages access to genomic data, and automates workflows for trust and security.
