My name is Ridam Biswas, a 19-year-old aspiring professional with a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and analytical thinking. I completed my schooling at Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalaya, Rohini Sector-11 — one of Delhi’s most prestigious government schools known for its academic excellence, merit-based admissions, and emphasis on holistic student development. Currently, I am pursuing a B.A. in English from Delhi University – School of Open Learning (DU SOL), which allows me to develop my academic knowledge while simultaneously exploring various professional opportunities.
Throughout my school years, I actively participated in countless co-curricular activities, scientific projects, and role plays, which helped me refine my public speaking, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. One of my most significant experiences was participating in the Business Blasters 2023, an entrepreneurial program launched by the Delhi Government to promote startup thinking among students. As part of this initiative, my team conceptualized and pitched an innovative business idea, securing 1st position at the school level consecutively. In Class 12, we advanced to the district level, competing among some of the most promising young entrepreneurs in Delhi.
My key skills include effective communication, public speaking, analytical thinking, strategic planning, problem solving, and training others. I am driven by curiosity, creativity, and a desire to make meaningful contributions in any environment I work in.
