Developing software, and sometime hardware, since 2008. My baby language was Java, back when it was still a cool thing to work with, but since then I've been collecting them as shinny seashells from the beach: C, C#, PhP, Javascript, my favourite one: Python, alongside some more obscure that I had to deal with in an odd project here and there, like OCaml, Matlab scripting language, LaTex and even VHDL (this one is used to program FPGAs, a kind of programmable computer chips).
Anyhow, I got really curious when Bitcoin and Ethereum dropped in the scene, and I've been following the decentralized trend attentively ever since. I'm also a huge NBA fanatic, so when I began seeing full-blown NBA stars raving about TopShot, alongside the NFT craze of 2021, that's when my attention shifted towards Flow. From there it was a quick jump until I found out about Cadence and the amazing workshops run by Jacob Tucker in Discord, and I consider myself a somewhat active Cadence developer ever since.
