I am a professional astrophysicist, research group leader and a key member of some of the largest international collaborations in astrophysics. Over more than 10 years, I have witnessed many problems with how (academic) research is organised, evaluated and shared. For these reasons, I have co-founded the COOL Research DAO. One important topic that drives me is to make science more accessible and to generate active participation from anyone.
