I love participating in hackathons and creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs), as they allow me to learn and quickly determine if a solution or tech stack fits the requirements. Hackathons and PoCs give me satisfaction because I can learn many things practically and see the results firsthand. I've participated in about three hackathons at GE Healthcare and made it to the Top 3 with Gen AI Agents, all developed and deployed on-premises. I continue to participate in hackathons to solve real-world problems.
