Rajat Kumar Gupta

My name is Rajat, and I am a Software Development Intern with a focus in Augmented Reality at Swevens. My job is to develop prototypes by applying standard UX design techniques. I conceptualize various use cases of Augmented Reality in sectors like Defence, Automobile and Education. As an IDF certified UX Designer for AR/VR, I have a keen eye for UX Design. I am also one of the 4 Google Scholarship Alumni out of 1000 Google India Scholars who was given a fully sponsored trip by Google to attend the Google I/O 2019 Conference at MountainView, California.
Apart from this, I have participated in hackathons like Code Gladiators by Jio where I was in the top 10 list and NASA Space Apps 2018 Challenge where my team won the 2nd position out of 500 participants from East India Zone.
I am also a member of various technical communities like Google Developers Group Kolkata, Developer Student Clubs(Lead) powered by Google Developers, Facebook Developer Circles and Interaction Design Foundation.
I have been invited by colleges like IIIT Allahabad and Kalyani Government Engineering College, Kolkata to give sessions on AR/VR.
I am also an active Social Media strategist and Content Creator for AR/VR, posting videos regularly on Youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter. My passion for AR/VR drives me to create impact and share my knowledge about this exciting new field.
