Arpit Gupta
There's a version of cybersecurity that's reactive, compliance-driven, checkbox-heavy.
That's not what I do.
I work on problems where trust is the product — where if your system gets it wrong,
people get hurt, data gets stolen, or decisions get manipulated. That edge is where
I'm most interested and most useful.
How I think
Security without understanding the attacker is just hope.
AI without accountability is just noise.
Blockchain without a real problem to solve is just theatre.
I try to combine all three — and actually ship something.
What I've built
Catch Me If You Can — behavioural deception detection using LLM scoring,
with tamper-proof audit trails stored on-chain. Because if you're flagging fraud,
the evidence itself needs to be unquestionable.
KYCbot — identity verification that doesn't just check boxes. Multi-document
validation, risk flagging, and structured audit reports built for workflows that
actually matter.
DevSuite (Sui Overflow 2025) — version integrity and verifiable change history
for collaborative dev environments. Trust at the infrastructure level.
EnviroTrack — crowdsourced pollution data with fraud prevention baked in.
Because data is only as good as the integrity behind it.
Where I've operated
Research on autonomous drone traffic systems at Beram Pvt. Ltd — the kind of
work where a logic error in simulation becomes a real-world incident.
Cybersecurity simulation at Deloitte Australia — breach analysis, log forensics,
incident documentation. Real workflow, real stakes, simulated environment.
Organized AARHANT 4.0, a cybersecurity awareness event with 1,100+ participants.
Core team on Abhyudaya '25 — Central India's largest socio-tech event, 2,000+ people.
Six hackathons. Always leading. Never just participating.
What I'm here for
Competitions and collaborations where the problem is genuinely hard,
the stakes feel real, and average execution isn't enough to win.
If you're organizing something at that level — let's talk.
