Kaniz Chowdhury

I am Kaniz Zainab Chowdhury, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering at Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. I am passionate about technology and problem-solving, with a keen interest in practical applications of AI and real-time systems.

One of the key projects I have worked on is a Real-Time Driver Drowsiness Detection System, which aims to enhance road safety by identifying signs of driver fatigue using computer vision techniques. This project involved working with tools like OpenCV and deep learning models to detect eye closure and head movements, triggering alerts when drowsiness is detected. It helped me strengthen my skills in Python programming, machine learning, and real-time system integration.

I am also in the process of building my skills in full stack development, expanding my understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies. Additionally, I have strong public speaking and communication skills, which I actively use to present ideas clearly and confidently in academic and collaborative settings.
