Jayshree Rathi

I am a student of Electronics and Communication engineering, studying in IOE, Pulchowk Campus currently in my 4th year. My elective subjects are Data Mining, DBMS and Machine Learning.
Being an engineering student, i've had to work on various complex projects. However, the most complex project would be 'Nepali News Headline Generation using RNN'. It was a research-based project, where given a nepali news, a headline was predicted. This research was also presented in ICQRIT, springer conference. While working on this project, i not only enhanced my research skills, from finding problems, getting to the core of problems, trying various approaches to solve the problem. This project, also sharpened my documentation and time management skills.

I am someone who likes to blend technology with existence. My zeal and enthusiasm has led me to grab various scholarships, and each grant i have received has pushed to work more, and be a better version.
I like to find problems, analyze them, and propose solutions, and make the solutions work. My drive to excel and work hard, is change. Nepal is a technologically deprived country, and though we are advancing, people here yet have a hard time to blend technology in their lives. Technology never failed to entice me, and the simple thought that a click could solve the problem, for which people spend hours standing in queue, drives me to bring technology into the doorsteps of people in as much comfortable and friendly manner as possible. This simple thought combination of development and technology has motivated me to take up every challenge that came along my pathway.

I am a hardworking student, and possess strong will power and dedication to anything i put in hands into.
