Joywin Bennis

Hi, I'm Joywin, a Software Developer (L2) at EG A/S, a Nordic company focused on building Energy Management Systems. In my current role, I work with a modern technology stack that includes TypeScript, React, Nextjs, microfrontend architecture, Python, Java Spring Boot, and AI/ML, contributing to scalable, long-term maintainable systems through both individual ownership and collaborative team efforts.

I actively participated in hackathons, winning 13 national and international awards, at Azim Premji University’s National Social Enterprise Idea Challenge, Anveshana 2024, ETH India, and the Cardano Asia Hackathon 2025. During my internship at EG India, I developed a proof of concept for a speech-to-text healthcare solution aimed at optimizing doctor appointment booking systems.

I was the Organizer of the Google Developer Group on Campus 2024-2025 and an active member of Sceptix Club, I conducted workshops on Git, GitHub, React, CLI tools, Flutter, Firebase, and Model Context Protocol, while mentoring junior students. I also served as Web Team Lead for TEDxSJEC'24, Tiara and developed websites for multiple campus events.
