Aman Gupta

This is Aman Gupta. Pursing Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Stream from the college Indian Institute of Information Technology, Una. Last summer, I had done a research internship for a duration of 1.5 months at Linux World Private Limited, Jaipur. There, I was exposed to various technologies like Java Hadoop framework for distributed storage and computing. Hadoop framework based on a distributed file system can deal with BigData. I've made the Hadoop cluster containing 5 systems - 1 system as a client, 1 system as a master also called Name Node, 3 systems as Slaves also called Data Nodes in a team. I've designed a master-slave cluster using Hadoop distributed file storage and used Google's map-reduce algorithm for distributed computing to process the data parallelly in multiple servers by using their ram and central processing unit simultaneously that gives a good understanding of networking. I have also used Docker as a container and used it as an easy way to install many operating systems in a few seconds.
I have also made an online web application for college students to register to add complaints related to hostel issues and all complaints will show on Admin(Hostel Warden) page. The Admin will respond to that complaint by writing a Note. I have made this project in the technical event name Meraki in our college.
