Allan Fernandes

Hey! I'm Allan Fernandes, a B.Tech Electronics and Computer Science student at Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, Mumbai, with a passion for building tech that actually matters.
I'm a Smart India Hackathon 2025 Winner and a competitive hackathon enthusiast — I've made it to the finals of 7+ national-level hackathons including BitNBuild, Hack4Innovation, and the Central India Hackathon 3.0 (out of 2500+ applicants). If there's a problem to solve under pressure, I'm in.
On the dev side, I work across the full stack — Python, Django, Flutter, Node.js, and SQL are my go-to tools. I've shipped real projects: an ocean hazard detection system that won SIH internally, a mentoring platform now used by 100+ students at my college, and a disaster management portal for real-time emergency coordination. I also co-built an IoT + ML drill automation system for underground mining safety that earned an IP registration under the Ministry of Mines, Government of India.
Beyond code, I head the Treasury at NSS CRCE and contribute to the CRCE Rocket Team's propulsion systems — because apparently building software wasn't enough of a challenge.
I'm currently focused on backend development, databases, and IoT — and always looking to collaborate on projects that push boundaries.
