We are participating in Based Africa to leverage the power of blockchain technology to solve real-world challenges in African communities. In many parts of Africa, informal financial systems like chamas and traditional fundraising methods suffer from a lack of transparency, accountability, and security. These challenges lead to inefficiencies and often result in the mismanagement or loss of funds. With AFIDA, we aim to introduce decentralized solutions that offer a transparent, accountable, and efficient way to raise and manage money, ensuring that funds are used as intended and accessible to all contributors.
