• Built a Case Management Application on Zoho Creator to handle the cases received by a company and simplify the application, registration and entire case handling process.
• Used a scripting language Deluge to set up workflows and automate tasks like email notifications and user-defined inputs.
• Created a dashboard using HTML/ZML and CSS to summarize the entire data in a presentable format for data analysis and plotted it according to client demographics.
• My work was regarded as the best work among all the other interns by the employer.
