I’m 23 years old and currently taking a break from New York University due to a variety of previously unknown health issues. Suffering from all of those unknown issues took a negative toll on my grades, which was why I decided to take a break from NYU in order to heal properly. The two years I have been away from NYU have been extremely frustrating health-wise for me, especially because I am still struggling to find out what sleep disorder I am suffering from.

I have been in the Web3 space since early 2020, and am greatly impassioned about the Web3 world. I made my Web3 introduction through the Banano cryptocurrency and CryptomonKey NFT communities on Reddit and Discord, soon finding my way to the Ethereum, Flow, Polygon, Solana, and Wax ecosystems. I soon became a huge fan of Dapper Labs and the Flow blockchain.

I also moderated for a number of NFT projects on Discord during the summer of 2021, including Dommies, the Faceless Business Club, the Lonely Alien Space Club, Wubba World (all traces of which have been deleted), Space Punks Club, and the Surreal Society. I participated in many of the Discord “invite contests'' that were popular at the time and did free marketing on Twitter for a number of now defunct ETH NFT projects, including Assassin Cats Agency, Boho Bones, Chunky Club Cow Tour, Crypto Tuners, Funky Frogs, Potato Power Club, Rebel Bots, Rogue Society Bots, Sad Frogs District, and The Wolfgang. Many of these projects haven’t survived the test of time, and some were rugpulls.

Once I had enough knowledge and experience in the Web3 space and discovered all it has to offer, I knew then that I had found my life's passion in Web3. I began making more serious efforts to entrench herself in the Web3 ecosystem and understand the underlying technology of blockchains. To do this, I first enrolled in and completed the Beginner Cadence Bootcamp taught by Jacob Tucker at Emerald City DAO, which gave me a strong foundation in the smart contract programming language of the Flow blockchain. Cadence is also my first-ever programming language! I’ve also enrolled in Emerald City Academy’s Beginner DApp Bootcamp, which I’m currently working on completing. Once completed, this would be the first DApp I’ve built!

I’m what you would consider a “noob” to programming, but I’m always looking to further strengthen my Cadence knowledge, and this Flow Hackathon is the perfect opportunity to do so.

I consider myself a Web3 Researcher and have published work on NFT Insurance and Web3 Credentials. Currently, I work at a Web3 company called metopia.xyz as their Social Media Manager.

Web3, NFL Football (Go Eagles! 🦅), High-Performance Exotic Vehicles, Military Paraphernalia, Quentin Tarantino movies, disco & motown music, and educating people about Web3 all drive me to do my best in life.
