In today’s fast paced world, many individuals struggle to manage stress and mental health issues which are rising globally. More than 8% suicides happen due to stress.
Mind Care is an innovative web application designed to relieve stress and improve mental well-being. It offers users the opportunity to engage in anonymous conversations with random individuals or groups, interact with an AI for support, and access consultations with licensed therapists. This project addresses the growing need for mental health resources and community support, making it easier for individuals to seek help and connect with others.
