Amartya Anshuman - Currently working as Backend and Cloud Engineer @Vodafone Intelligent Solutions.
I am experienced in Public Clouds like AWS,GCP,Oracle Cloud as well as Private Cloud over DRCC. I love contributing to OpenSource especially in CNCF.
I've won a few hackathons so far and here are a few projects of mine -
• ParkIT – Developed an IOT based solution for making a Cloud Based Smart Parking System. I was responsible
for the Back-End Development of Live Video Surveillance and Android Application for theproject.
• Know Your Words – A Custom Dictionary mobile application integrated with a chrome web extension to
improve vocabulary off reading a Web Article.
• Flame Control - An OpenCV project to identify the fuel used for a particular kind of flame, along with angle of
deviation and height detection of the flame. I was responsible for the App development along with the
OpenCV algorithm for detection.
• Learn-ed – A digital playground for specially-abled kids which would recite to them any text material by using
Google’s text to speech and show them relevant pictures. This was achieved by using IBM Watson’s Natural
Language Understanding API.
• Open Classroom - Made a learning platform for schools with Ai based quiz generation and notes preparation on a mobile app based on the recordings of what the teacher has taught.
Here are a few Achievements of mine-
• 1st position in VITHack, a developers hack for building a deep learning based Quiz generation and notes maker app for kids based on what the teacher teaches.
• 1st position in CodeSpace, a developers hack for building an app based learning environment for specially-abledkids.
• 2nd position in i-Hack, a three months long product development hackathon for the development of ParkIT.
• Finalist at WeHack, a HoneyWell organized hack for the development of algorithm to identify fuel type used in a flame.
• Finalist at Hack4Cause for the development of car parking security system.
• Technical mentor and speaker at SENSORED, an electronics workshop organized in VIT.
• Core Committee Member at TEC (The Electronics Club of VIT).
