About Me
I am Adrija Ghosh, a B.Tech student in Computer Science and Engineering at IEM Kolkata. With a strong passion for web development, machine learning, and deep learning, I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and skill set in these areas. I have experience in creating small projects using machine learning and am proficient in HTML, CSS, and React.

Achievements

• Best Paper Award: Secured the top position in the poster presentation category at the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence & Sustainable Computing (AISC 2024) for my research on a novel deep learning model (PSPNet for remote sensing).
  -Winner of Startup-Expo ,Bengal E-Summit: I have won the Startup-Expo of Bengal E-Summit organized by IEM Kolkata with my innovative business idea around my project, Waste Oil Recycler.
  -*Winner of Pitch-Perfect ,Bengal E-Summit *:I have won the Pitch-Perfect of Bengal E-Summit organized by IEM Kolkata which is a national level competition with my innovative pitch and on-spot cross question tackle .
• Ranked AIR 4 in IOCL Sustainathon 2024: Achieved All India Rank 4 in the IOCL Sustainathon 2024, organized by Indian Oil, showcasing my skills in hardware designing and innovative problem solving skills.
• Winner of Green Bengal Innovation Contest: Won the Green Bengal Innovation Contest under the Young Innovators category, organized by SwitchON Foundation.

Skills

• Machine Learning: Experienced in creating small projects and applying machine learning techniques.
• Deep Learning: Conducted research on deep learning models, specifically PSPNet for remote sensing.
  -Competitive Coding: Currently undertaking a 100 days LeetCode challenge to enhance coding and problem-solving skills.
• Hardware Designing: Demonstrated proficiency in hardware design through various competitions and projects.

Projects

1. Semantic Edge Detection using PSPNet: Implemented and tested the applicability of PSPNet in semantic edge detection using satellite images.
   2.Magnetic Lock Sensor: Designed a sensor with an alert system using LED lights and buzzer sounds to notify users of security breaches. Project in anti-theft systems for luggage security with low-cost alternatives and innovative lock sensing mechanism
2. Waste Oil Recycler:Researched & Developed a machine to recycle used engine oil and industrial lubricant waste into re-usable fuel oil.
