I’m Adarsh Ashok, a Computer Science and Mathematics student at the University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Robotics. My passion lies in leveraging technology to solve meaningful problems, with a strong focus on blockchain and software engineering.

As the DevOps Director for Texas Blockchain, I lead a team of 12 students, guiding them into the blockchain ecosystem and overseeing critical projects. I’ve spearheaded the development of blockchain nodes using cloud platforms like AWS and Contabo and am currently leading the construction of an Ethereum archival node to provide access to comprehensive historical blockchain data. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of blockchain architecture and its transformative potential across industries.

During my internship at Avenir, a Web3 startup, I developed a cryptocurrency offramp aggregator using React, Python, and Flask, simplifying crypto-to-fiat conversions. Additionally, I built a copy-trading bot using the BingX API and Google Cloud services, enabling real-time trade updates for Telegram subscribers. These projects allowed me to apply my technical expertise to create solutions that simplify and enhance user interactions with blockchain technologies.

Beyond blockchain, my work at Lumen Technologies provided hands-on experience in software engineering, where I developed custom tax registers using Python and React, managed Oracle MySQL servers, and optimized workflows with Jira in an agile development environment. This role solidified my skills in back-end development and database management while teaching me the value of collaboration in enterprise-scale projects.

Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue exploring innovative ways to integrate blockchain and software engineering to create impactful solutions that address real-world challenges.
