Abhinav Pareek

I am Abhinav Pareek, currently pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Central University of Rajasthan, with a CGPA of 8.85. I am in my 5th semester and have a strong foundation in core computer science subjects, including Operating Systems, Data Structures and Algorithms, Computer Networks, Database Management Systems, and Object-Oriented Programming in Java.

I have hands-on experience in software development and data analysis through various academic and personal projects. Notably, I developed a Delhi Power Demand Prediction model by collecting data using web scraping and applying deep learning techniques. This project focused on scalability and real-world applicability, addressing energy management challenges. Additionally, I worked on Predicting Home Prices using linear regression and machine learning methodologies in RapidMiner and Excel, and I developed an Internet Relay Chat Service (IRC) using C, implementing multi-threading, inter-process communication, and socket programming.

My technical skills include proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C/C++, SQL, and JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React and Node.js. I am also skilled in using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and sklearn, and developer tools such as Git, VS Code, and IntelliJ IDEA.

In addition to academic achievements, I am an active participant in coding contests on platforms like CodeChef and LeetCode, solving 400+ problems and achieving a 2* coder rating on CodeChef. I also shared solutions to Data Structures and Algorithms problems daily on Instagram for 100 days, contributing to the programming community and fostering engagement.

My internship experiences have further honed my skills. I completed a data science internship at Ybi Foundation, working on machine learning projects, and successfully participated in Wells Fargo’s Software Engineering Job Simulation, where I created and implemented an ERD for financial portfolio management.

Beyond academics, I serve as the lead of the CURAJ Coding Club (CCC), where I teach Data Structures and Algorithms and mentor peers. I am passionate about learning emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI/ML and applying them to innovate and solve real-world problems.
