Simran Rojia

Hello! I'm Simran Rojia, a tech enthusiast and an undergraduate student at Delhi Technological University (DTU), where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and actively engage in web development and AI/ML projects. I strive to push the boundaries of what's possible, continuously enhancing my skills and delivering innovative solutions. Here’s a closer look at my background and achievements.

I am the Co-Founder of MOOFLI, a revolutionary social platform dedicated to empowering self-expression and fostering meaningful connections through the written word. Since April 2024, I have co-conceptualized and developed a comprehensive strategy for the platform, co-led its development and launch, and ensured alignment with our company’s mission and goals. I have built and managed a talented team, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver a high-quality product. Additionally, I have established partnerships to expand the reach and impact of MOOFLI and continuously iterated and refined the platform based on user feedback and market trends to drive growth and enhance the user experience.

In my role as a Full-Stack Developer for the Delhi Police since March 2024, I developed the backend for the "Constable On Patrol (COP)" app, designed to enhance the effectiveness of police foot patrols. I incorporated role-based access control to ensure secure and personalized access for users, allowing constables, SHOs, and other police officials to utilize the app according to their specific roles. The app aims to modernize police operations, improve coordination, resource allocation, and community interaction, ultimately making Delhi a safer place.

As Co-Head of Web Development at SKILLOP Society, a vibrant student-led organization dedicated to empowering individuals across India to excel as skilled tech professionals, I have led web development efforts since September 2023. I have organized technical skill enhancement initiatives, including mini tech competitions, skill development workshops, tech events, teaching and training classes, mentorship programs, and participation in external tech competitions.

Since January 2024, I have also been working as a Frontend Developer at SKILLOP, where I developed an experience-sharing platform to connect students, providing in-depth details about users' journeys to easily build connections. I implemented features such as a mentorship model, premium user features, and auto job application tools.

Additionally, I am a Frontend Developer at Resumify, a platform that provides personalized resume templates tailored to iconic companies. I have worked on dynamic cover letter generators, expert resume review services, and powerful analytics for invaluable career insights since December 2023.

I possess a diverse set of skills including management, data analytics, deep learning, frontend and full-stack development, and AI & machine learning.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology at Delhi Technological University (DTU) from August 2023 to July 2027. I completed my Class 12th at Colonel's Central Academy in April 2023 and my Class 10th at Lt. Atul Kataria Memorial School in April 2021.
