Santiago Hermoza

I’m a medical doctor who transitioned into Web3 three years ago to pursue product management full time. Since then, I’ve led product at AtomicHub, one of the largest NFT marketplaces in Web3, and launched the first liquid staking protocol on EOS and WAX. I´m part of ETH Ecuador.

I’ve also built a data encryption protocol leveraging Zama technology, and have had the privilege of speaking at major conferences such as NFT NYC and Catstanbul. Most recently, I won the Aleph Hackathon and am currently leading an initiative with the Municipality of Quito to implement Ecuador’s first government-backed blockchain.

What drives me is the intersection of decentralized governance, DeFi, and real-world adoption. I thrive on building products that not only advance Web3 technology but also create tangible impact in society.
