Vallen Dsouza

I’m a final-year Computer Engineering student with a strong focus on full-stack development and applied AI and a preference for building systems that are practical, well-thought-out and actually get used.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked across MERN-based full-stack applications, data analysis and AI-driven systems, contributing to real products and internal platforms rather than isolated experiments. I’m currently a Full-Stack Intern at Celeris and previously worked as an SDE Intern at Pelorus Technologies, where I helped build AI-powered internal tools, natural-language interfaces for databases and evaluated offline large language models for constrained environments. I’ve also interned at Aider Ventures and Nienna Labs, working on analytics workflows, OCR-based document intelligence and benchmarking AI models for research and applied use cases.

My technical work spans building full-stack applications with authentication, dashboards and real-time features, as well as designing LLM pipelines, OCR workflows, RAG-style systems and data analysis pipelines that supported business decisions and research outcomes.

Alongside development, I’ve invested heavily in problem-solving fundamentals, having solved 500+ problems on LeetCode and maintained a 365-day coding streak, which has shaped how I reason about edge cases, performance and writing clean, reliable code.

I’m a 2× hackathon winner 🏆, including winning HackVerse 5.0 at NIT Surathkal, where my team built an AI-powered EdTech platform focused on personalized learning and career development.
