Vaishnavi Ghogare

I am a 2nd-year engineering student who is proactive, motivated, and passionate about technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. I possess strong leadership skills and have taken up responsible roles that have helped me grow both personally and professionally.
I have served as a Magazine Co-Head in my college, where I gained hands-on experience in team coordination, content planning, and leading initiatives collaboratively.
I completed an internship at AIC Nitte Incubation Centre, which gave me valuable exposure to the startup ecosystem. During my internship, I worked on projects involving Arduino, 3D printing, and AI-related projects, and actively participated in discussions around startup ideation, innovation, and problem-solving.
I am also an active member of the E-Cell(Entrepreneurship-Cell), an environment focused on nurturing future entrepreneurs, where I regularly engage in learning, collaboration, and innovation-driven activities.
On the technical side, I have worked on projects such as a Bank Management System and Virtual Lab Practical Simulator, which strengthened my understanding of system design, real-world problem-solving, and practical implementation.
I am eager to contribute to impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and continuously learn through hands-on experiences and challenges like hackathons.
