Dolly Bhasin

Dolly Bhasin is currently building SmartEdge - an integrated platform for experiential learning, technology innovation and accelerating entrepreneurs. One of the divisions of which is SmartEdge Learning. This is why she has chosen to work on this challenge.

She is a serial knowledge entrepreneur and believes in co creating value for her mentees, partners and associates. Her career spans 38 years in technology applications in real world through her corporate experience of 15 years followed by 23 years of Entrepreneural journey. She is also a Google
Women Tech Makers Ambassador in Delhi, India.

She is one of the first product manager in India and launched the product ODDESY product in 1992 to win the prestigious award "Most Innovative Product" in 1992 at OMG, San Fransisco, USA. During her career she has worked on projects worth 50 crores spanning 20+ sectors and 10+ technologies.

A Gold medalist Electronics and Communications Engineer with additional qualifications of BSc. from ML Sukhadia University, Udaipur and MSc. (Travel & Tourism) from Nottingham. She also holds many PG Diploma certificate programs in Entrepreneurship development from Stanford for Technology Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship and Women Entrepreneurship.
She also holds PGD in Sales and Marketing (BVB), Business Administration (U21Global, Singapore), Designing new Learning environments (Stanford), etc.
A lifelong learner and a thought leader in Smart Learning and Knowledge Management. She believes is challenging the existing learning and knowledge management practices and has delivered many award-winning projects for private sector as well as government. Two of her knowledge initiatives SENET for Min of MSME, GOI and MPTREASURY for Min of Finance, MP govt. won Golden Icon awards.

1)Trade Wings Institute of Management Online Learning - Over 2 Lakh Students and Professionals in BFSI and Travel & Tourism space.
2)SME Sector - Over 11000+ entrepreneurs in projects like SME Learning series (4000), SME Knowledge Series (5000) and Women Entrepreneurs (2500).
3) In her current Initiative SmartEdge she continues to innovate for future of work specially for learning pedagogies. She pioneered SMART approach to entrepreneurship education and professional learning in Sustainability, Fashion, Tourism and Emerging Technology areas impacting over 1 lakh youth and Women.
This hackathon is her attempt to design a Socratic style of Personal learning assistant which has been implemented by the team.
