Software Developer at Delta Force, the official coding club of NIT Trichy. Skilled in Mobile Application Development, C++, C, Java. Being a Developer at Delta I am responsible for NITT site maintenance, and providing WebOps support and software assistance to college fests and admin projects. I have worked on many projects for Delta like Festember'19 app (for Festember, National Level Inter-Collegiate Cultural Festival of NIT-Trichy), Pragyan'20 app (for Pragyan, The International Techno-Management Festival of NIT-Trichy), Pragyan Premier League (an online virtual cricket tournament where users can play against each other in an algorithmically simulated match), and many more projects. I had also mentored an organization 'SplitPersonality' for DWOC'19 (Delta winter of code, aimed at improving and supporting the culture of open source software). It is an android application that automates tasks in the smartphone, like changing device volume and ringtone, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi status, and various other tasks when a profile is triggered with constraints set by the user based on location and time. The Festemer'19 app had over 5k downloads , Pragyan'20 app had over 1k downloads, and Pragyan Premier League witnessed over 1500 participants in this years edition.

Being an App Developer at Delta, I am part of a team working on 'Trichy Police App', A mobile application for citizens and cops at Trichy. The app aims at accelerating various processes such as reporting lost mobile/vehicle, viewing nearby police stations and helpline numbers for the citizens. For the police it helps higher official to monitor and assign schedule for officers under them, with location based attendance marking for patrolling. There are many more features like push notifications to citizens when mobile/vehicle is found, and reporting locked houses, contacting cops patrolling near you location for emergencies, and many more actions. I am really proud to be working on this app as this will have a huge impact on the entire Trichy city, and will help both citizens and cops. The app is in final stages and is scheduled to complete in mid November 2020.

I interned at Ramco Systems during winter of 2019-20, where I developed a chatbot using RASA, that fetches news based on categories from NY Times API. The chatbot was deployed on Slack and also integrated with voice recognition using Aimybox to transform it into a Voice-based chat Assistant.

I have also worked on many personal projects like AutoMate, an auto rickshaw booking application and PianoTilesPlus (clone of famous Piano tiles app with many more features and interesting modes) with internal audio recording of the games played.

I am enthusiastic about learning new things and improve my skills. I love finding solutions to problems and overcoming challenges. I also love to find ways of automating tasks wherever possible.
