I come with a diverse background in both academics and professional experiences. I completed my B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from Amity University in 2015, showcasing my dedication and commitment with a CGPA of 7.6.
In terms of work experience, I embarked on my professional journey as an Associate at Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd in July 2016, followed by a stint at Wipro Ltd. from December 2017 to October 2018. My career then took a significant turn as I stepped into roles at Tech Mahindra Ltd, initially as a Senior Technical Support for British Telecom from October 2018 to April 2022, and subsequently as a Senior Quality Auditor for British Telecom, a position I have been holding since April 2022.
My technical skill set includes proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python, validated by certifications from Tutedude.com. I have also delved into the realms of Data Analytics and Data Science, earning certifications from Tutedude.com. My expertise extends to the cloud, particularly in Azure, as recognized by my Microsoft AI-900 certification. Additionally, I am well-versed in business intelligence and quality tools like Power BI, Excel, and 7 QC Tools, honed during my tenure at Tech Mahindra Ltd.
