Business Development

Muscat, Oman

Student at Mody University, Rajasthan and an aspiring data scientist who loves connecting the dots: be it ideas from different disciplines, people from different teams or applications from different industries. My passion lies in solving business problems with tailored data and algorithms and communicating complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
I'm graduating in May 2023, and as of now, I'm a part of a women engineers scholarship program supported by Google.

Proficient :

Python, Excel

Knowledgeable :

C, Java, Graphviz, Sphinx, Pelican, Haskell, R, Power BI, Streamlit, C++

This lock down I've done the following things:

  1. Groomed myself, physically
  2. Done plenty of courses on online websites
  3. Joined a scholarship program by Google that teaches us coding, communication etc, and the skills required to be working in the professional field.
  4. Become more fluent in communication
  5. Learnt new technologies in the field of Data science

Since I knew nothing about coding, before I joined college, I believe that I've come a long way since that time. I am now comfortable in coding in C, Python. I also know Java, R, C++.
As personal projects, I have taken up the following ones:

  1. Parsing through a PGN file to update a chess board (python)
  2. Written a more graphics focused code for Caesar Cipher (java)
  3. Made a very basic Human Resource Management System (C)
  4. Created dashboards, machine learning interactive web applications (python)
  5. Working on a study ( data science project) about engineers and job prediction on the basis of their personality as well as their academic timeline
  6. Made a multipurpose Discord bot.
  7. Deep learning classifier with R
  8. Computer Vision - Object Detection with OpenCV and Python
  9. Created Interactive Dashboards, Data Science, Machine Learning web applications with Streamlit and Python

Here is my life philosophy:

If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity, but you are not sure that you can do it, then say yes, and learn how to do it later.

Here are my experiences:

  1. Campus Ambassador at Eduthon
  2. Student Mentor at Let's Upgrade
  3. Women Techmakers Engineering Fellow (scholarship program by Google)
  4. Campus representative DevScript
  5. Summer Intern KPMG
  6. Internship at Verzeo | Microsoft
