About Me

Myself Priyanshi Jain, an AI Engineer Intern at Synaptyx AI, where I work on designing and building production-ready, agentic AI systems. My core focus lies in developing scalable and reliable AI workflows, backend automation, and LLM-powered applications that can operate effectively in real-world enterprise environments.

At Synaptyx AI, I have contributed to multiple end-to-end AI accelerators and internal platforms. My work includes building agentic workflows for automated hiring systems such as job creation with shareable links, job fitment parameter generation, candidate evaluation, interview question generation, and AI-based candidate summaries. I have also worked on document intelligence pipelines, including PDF quality checks and structured document conversions, as well as conversational and task-driven agents that follow standardized backend response contracts for smooth frontend rendering. In addition, I have been involved in defining workflow test cases, backend schemas, and deployment-ready AI orchestration layers, ensuring robustness, traceability, and enterprise usability.

Previously, I interned at Tarini Consulting, where I supported data-driven initiatives and automation workflows, gaining exposure to enterprise-level problem solving and structured analytics. I also worked at VONG, contributing to backend optimization, workflow and lifecycle management, and automation of organizational processes using Python, APIs, cloud services, databases, and LLM-based solutions. These roles strengthened my understanding of how AI systems must align with real business constraints and operational reliability.

Alongside my professional experience, I have independently built and shipped several AI-driven projects, including automated hiring platforms, company profile analysis agents, CRM-integrated automation tools, AI-powered travel planners, and multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI and LangChain. I actively participate in hackathons and technical competitions, earning recognition for innovation, technical depth, and presentation quality. I have also organized large-scale hackathons, workshops, and technical sprints, mentoring participants and fostering hands-on, collaborative learning.

Through these experiences, I have developed a strong ownership mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a deep passion for building impactful AI solutions from concept to deployment.
