I am a third-year computer science student who is passionate in open-source development, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. Over the years, I've worked on a variety of initiatives that tested my technical and collaborative skills while expanding my understanding of effective solutions.
One of my significant contributions was developing a Face Recognition-based Attendance System with deep learning and Flask, which I successfully combined with InceptionV3 to achieve high accuracy. This project improved my ability to deploy real-world AI systems and solve complicated problems rapidly.
I am also an AWS AI-ML Scholar who has actively contributed to open-source programs such as GSSOC. Through these encounters, I discovered the importance of collaborative problem solving and mentoring. I've helped peers grasp AI, ML, and web development ideas, fostering their progress while improving my own technical and leadership abilities.
In addition, I am proficient at implementing machine learning models such as Gradient Boost, XGBoost, and Word2Vec for predictive analytics and natural language processing. My work on the Seoul Bike Sharing Demand Prediction project demonstrated my ability to recognize trends, visualize data, and adjust models for maximum accuracy.
What drives me is the potential to create meaningful solutions and work alongside like-minded individuals who are passionate about technology. Social Winter of Code presents an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in open-source development, contribute to impactful projects, and learn from experienced mentors. I am excited to bring my skills, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit to this program while gaining invaluable insights from the workshops and sessions offered.
